What’s new in Circadian Risk?
Manage long lists with AI filtering
When you are dealing with hundreds or thousands of deficiencies, managing them can be an overwhelming task. Our advanced AI filtering technology allows our clients to see just the items they need. By entering a sentence in plain text, you can automatically filter items by factors such as location, criticality, and category. This means no more tedious manual filtering; you can now quickly focus on the deficiencies that most need your attention.
Track remediations with improved task creation
Large-scale remediations can be daunting; it’s hard to know where to start sometimes. Our new enhanced task creation workflow lets you manage your remediations on a granular level; create parent tasks and subtasks, all customized with their own cost, assignee, due date, and other important details. By breaking each project down into smaller tasks, you can manage projects easily, budget for large projects, and track every step of a remediation.
Understand your sites with our revamped location properties
Your sites are more than their security deficiencies. Understand your locations holistically with our revamped location properties process. This feature now includes more than risk; your assessments can also gather vital location-specific information about each site. Tailor the properties you want to track so that your data aligns seamlessly with other existing workflows.
Improve your inventory assessments with updated item category properties
Collecting location-specific information is important, but it's just as important to capture item-specific details during your assessments. With that in mind, we've applied the same logic to our item properties as we have for location properties. Now our users can fully customize the name, data input type, and order of your item properties using a simple drag-and-drop process. This update lets you optimize your inventory assessments, by gathering item-specific information, such as door types, brands, and installation dates.
